Terms & Conditions: Single Occupancy is one adult occupying a room. Double Occupancy is two adults occupying one room. Triple Occupancy is three adults occupying one room. Quad Occupancy is four adults occupying one room. The Child’s price is based on children staying in a room with adult(s).Rollaway Beds are not included and may be at an extra charge if available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.

Payment Policy: A $50 Per Person deposit must be received at the time of booking. No inclusions will be booked until this deposit is received. Final payment will be due on or before September 1, 2008. Tickets will be released if final payment is not received by this date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to September 1, 2008 will be refunded in full less a $15.00 per person handling fee. Cancellations between September 1 & September 10, 2008 will be refunded in full less a $40.00 per person fee. No refunds after September 10, 2008.
