Celebrating over 90 years as the longest running radio show in radio history. A must see show!
While the complete artist lineup is not released until the week of the show, it’s always star-studded during CMA Fest week. Our tickets are the best Tier 1, Gold Circle.
Choice of:
- Tuesday June 5: 7pm at the Opry House $80 per person
- Saturday June 9: 3 pm at the historic Ryman Auditorium $80 per person
Additional optional add-on’s such as the General Jackson Showboat, Sightseeing Tours & Museum admissions are available upon request.
Terms & Conditions:
Single occupancy is one adult occupying one room. Double occupancy is two adults occupying one room. Triple occupancy is three adults occupying one room. Quad occupancy is four adults occupying one room. The Child’s price is based on children staying in a room with adult(s). Child rate exception: At Gaylord Opryland Hotel the child rate only applies through age 10. Age 11 & up are to use the adult rates. Also, hotel reward points are not valid to redeem or available to be received with these packages.
Deposit Requirements:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person is required to confirm all reservations. The non-refundable deposit is a payment on the complete hotel and ticket package and does not entitle you to the ticket only in the event of cancellation. Due to the strict non-refundable policy for this event package, we highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.
- Lower Premium or Club Premium: $325
- Floor seats: $400 deposit
- Gold Circle seats: $500 deposit
We require the credit card number, expiration, 3 digit security code on the back except for 4 digit code on front of American Express, name of card holder & zip code used for the credit card billing. Only the individual making the original reservation will be considered the “contact person” and that person will receive all correspondence. This will ensure that all reservations operate smoothly.
Final Payment
Final payment is due on or before Wednesday Mar 1, 2018. If you used a credit card(s) for your deposit, please contact us by phone or email that you would like for us to use the same card for final payment. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE BALANCE DUE AT TIME OF FINAL PAYMENT. If you would like to use a different form of payment for the final payment, please contact us by the due date. Reservations made after Mar 1, 2018 will require full payment by credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Change Policies
Cancellations between the time of booking and Mar 1, 2018 will forfeit the original deposit. Cancellations after Mar 1, 2018 are non-refundable. Also there is a $50 package transfer fee. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance due to the strict non-refundable deposits & payments.
Travel Insurance
Upon receipt of deposit paid to secure your reservation, we will email you a travel insurance quote. We will require first & last name & date of birth for each person in your party. Because none of us ever expect to break a leg, lose a job, have a death in the family or experience a natural disaster such as floods or wildfires that prevent you from coming to the festival as you had planned it does unexpectedly happen every year to several people. So we highly recommend that your purchase travel insurance due to the strict non-refundable polices.
Liability Clause
It is agreed that the liability of Sweet Magnolia Tours, Inc to its client, arising out of or in connection with Sweet Magnolia Tours’ obligations and duties under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount not in excess of the fee actually received by Sweet Magnolia Tours. It is also agreed that Sweet Magnolia Tours shall have no liability for any and all loss, damages, or injuries to the persons or property of its client or of the guest and customers of its client arising out of, or in connection with any of the services arranged by Sweet Magnolia Tours, including but not exclusive to travel arrangements and reservations. Sweet Magnolia Tours’ client shall indemnify Sweet Magnolia Tours and hold it harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits causes of action, loss, damages or liability brought or alleged by any person, including all expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by Sweet Magnolia Tours in connection therewith.
